How do you conduct a gauge R&R?
Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is a designed experiment used to identify the components of variation in the measurement. Just as variation exists in our processes, variation also exists in the process of how we obtain measurements and data. MSA is used to evaluate the entire system – the process obtaining the measurements.
