Inspection Services:
I. How QCANT can assist with quality control through FRI services?
-
Ethics, Impartiality & Trust At QCANT Inspection, ethics is our primary value – unwavering and absolute. We follow a Code of Ethics with strict adherence to it. During inspections, our inspectors show the Code of Conduct to the factory, explain it to them, and obtain their signature to ensure transparency for the integrity team.
-
Strong Technical Support QCANT Inspection has dedicated full-time technical teams who create and review product specifications, inspection protocols, and field instructions for inspectors. They are responsible for technical development, review, and audit, ensuring that our standards comply with best practices for quality, safety, regulatory compliance, client requirements, and industry-specific needs.
-
Comprehensive Inspection Process Our inspectors carefully inspect products, check product quantity, draw random samples and cartons from the warehouse, check the package before unpacking, inspect the sample for appearance, workmanship, color, measurement, and perform an on-site functional test. They also verify packaging materials, labels, barcodes, and shipping marks. Inspectors take high-quality photos and review all findings with the factory to ensure corrective action is understood.
-
Report Checking and Review Our supervisors double-check reports for fairness to the factory and compliance with client requirements, analyzing monthly reports to improve our service.
-
Follow-up Service and Confidentiality Our account managers and customer service staff provide follow-up services to improve our service. We guarantee confidentiality by not disclosing Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent from clients. This includes product information and documentation, communications, and reports between clients and QCANT Inspection.
II. How can you determine the inspection level and sample plan for your products?
-
Selecting the Appropriate Inspection Level We offer three inspection levels to suit your needs: Level I – for low-priced, large lots from the same production line or artwork as a prior order, with a good track record and low-risk products. Level II – for most products, reasonable time and cost, and more than 97.5% accuracy for the entire lot. Over 95% of our clients choose this level, which is recommended. Level III – for high-priced, small lots with different production lines or artwork, first orders, and high-risk products.
-
Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) We select the AQL for critical and minor defects based on factors such as price, quantity, products, and risk level, ranging from 0.01 to 4.0 for critical defects and 1.0 to 10 for minor defects.
-
Selected Service Type Our FRI service ensures that products comply with your order and meet quality standards within the AQL and related standards. This service is recommended for most products before shipment.
