Accountability is a feature, not a side effect
Any company can claim its inspectors are professional. What separates a serious inspection company is what happens when an inspector is not. QCANT's Inspector Reward & Penalty Policy is a written, enforced accountability system that shapes behaviour on every order.
What good work earns
Inspectors are rewarded for:
- Business referral — 8% of completed order value from referred clients;
- Professional contribution — training materials and articles adopted by QCANT;
- Outstanding quality — written praise from 3+ clients, or completing 60+ orders in 6 months with zero complaints, earning the 'Star Inspector' title;
- Integrity reporting — special recognition for reporting integrity violations with evidence.
What poor work costs
Penalties are equally specific. Cancelling an order late, failing to execute an order on time, incomplete inspection, late arrival, unanswered live video calls, and short work time all carry defined deductions — with escalation to suspension or account freezing. Verified client complaints and claims result in loss of the full order income and, in serious cases, loss of platform incentives.
Zero tolerance for dishonesty
Our zero-tolerance rules are the sharpest edge of the policy: leaking business secrets, fabricating inspection time or report content, accepting factory gifts, and check-in cheating (such as virtual location) all lead to heavy penalties — up to permanent account ban.
Appeals keep it fair
Inspectors can appeal any decision within 3 working days, and QCANT re-evaluates within 5 working days. Discipline without a fair appeal channel would not be discipline — it would be arbitrary power.
This system works together with our other quality policies to protect the credibility of every report we issue.
