Quality must be measurable
Every inspection company says its inspectors are quality-conscious. QCANT goes further: we wrote down what 'good' means, dimension by dimension, so performance can be measured and improved — and so clients can see exactly what standard we hold ourselves to.
The five dimensions
Every inspection is evaluated on five dimensions:
- Service attitude — responsiveness, communication and professionalism with the factory and the client;
- Service professionalism — following check points, verifying documents, judging defects correctly, keeping samples under control;
- Photo quality — original photos, correct insertion, naming, orientation and clarity;
- Report quality — accurate AQL, correct templates, consistent conclusions, complete data;
- Check-in compliance — photos taken at the real scene, with the right person and the right products.
Three severity levels
Each dimension is scored at three levels:
- Critical — integrity issues, wrong conclusions, fabricated photos, unsubmitted reports;
- Major — late reports, unclear photos, missing tests, misapplied standards;
- Minor — naming or layout issues that do not change the conclusion.
Critical findings in particular carry serious consequences under our Reward & Penalty Policy — up to account freezing for integrity-related failures.
Why we publish this
Transparency is a quality control tool. When clients can see the standard, when inspectors know they are measured against it, and when management acts on the scores — quality stops being a slogan and becomes a system.
Our complete criteria are published in our quality policy library in preview mode.
