Common Defects We Find in Industrial Products
- Machining: dimensional tolerance out of spec, surface roughness above requirement, wrong hole position, thread defects.
- Welding: porosity or cracks, incomplete penetration, slag inclusion, wrong weld size/profile.
- Assembly: fasteners not torqued to spec, hydraulic/pneumatic leaks, binding moving parts, missing seals.
- Protection & packing: insufficient rust prevention, non-export-grade wooden cases, missing spare parts/manuals, no lifting points.
How We Inspect
Industrial inspection combines 100% checking of critical dimensions and function items with statistical sampling on general attributes. Visual and dye-penetrant weld checks are arranged on a fixed sample basis. Container loading supervision for heavy cargo includes lashing verification, tally and photographic documentation.
