Common Defects We Find in Hardline Products
- Material & dimension: out-of-tolerance dimensions, wrong material grade (e.g. 304 vs 201 steel), glass edge chips, incorrect wall thickness.
- Surface & treatment: rust or oxidation on plated parts, paint adhesion failure, scratches, uneven coating.
- Assembly & strength: loose screws/rivets, joint strength below requirement, sharp edges or burrs, binding moving parts.
- Packaging: insufficient corner protection, carton crush under stack test, missing polybag/desiccant, wrong carton marking.
